Our story

A farm in Carlow, a whiskey for everywhere you've been

Flying Tumbler is made by brothers Patrick and Thomas Walsh at Larch Grove, Ballytarsna. The name comes from a breed of pigeon that somersaults through the air and never fails to find its way home.

Independent, family-owned, small batch. Casks chosen one at a time and blended on the farm the coordinates on the bottle belong to.
